What does Output mode do?Last Updated: December 13, 2020
Learn how Preview can help you in your research writing process
The editor has two modes - Input and Output.
The editor by default is in the "Split" mode, you can view the Input and the Output simultaneously. You can write and edit your content in the Input mode. When you want to see the formatted output preview of your content, it will be displayed in the Output mode towards the right.
Unlike generic writing tools, Typeset splits the writing and formatting parts of your content creation process.
In the "Input" mode you can just focus on writing your research. The "Output" mode shows you how the final formatted document will look like. This way you can keep editing and previewing till your content creation is completed.
